4A.Drilltwo3/8”x3”deepholesintheconcreteusingholesingalvanizedbracket
asaguide.Attachbrackettoconcretepadusing3/8”x3-1/2”wedgeanchors
provided.Placenut&washeronanchor,leaveenoughroomfor1to2threads
showingontopofbolt.Usingahammer,tapthewedgeboltsintohole
throughbracket,leavingnut&washerushwithbracket.Usinga9/16”socket
wrench,tightenwedge/anchorbolt,securingbrackettotheconcrete.
4B.Forwetset:alignbracketandsubmergelegscompletelyinconcrete.Bottom
ofthebracketshouldrestonthesurface.
5. Attachtheendofthesmallertubetothebracketmountedonthepad,usingthe
grade5,1/2”x2-1/2”bolt/nutprovided.
6. AttachtheagendofthelargertubetotheoppositeI-beamusingthe“J”bolt
overthetopoftheI-beamwiththenut&washerprovided.(Figure 1 next page)
7. Installaminimumoffour(#12x1”tekscrews)self-tappingscrewsintothe
holesprovidedinthelateralstrutsothatthetwotubesareconnectedtogether
8. InstallframebracketclampsonI-beamontheinsideofblock/pier.
9. Insertstrutinframebracketclampandattachwithnut&bolt.Attachopposite
endtoconcretebracket.
10.Pulltheframebracketclampwithfastenedstrutoutwardtoremoveanyslack.
11.Tightenallnutsandboltsonsystem.
